"Different standards in Europe used in analyzing written disclosure"

Outline of Talk:
One issue that keeps coming up is the very different approach used in establishing the relevant disclosure of any given text, in the EPO (and even more so in national European PTO and court practice). This comes up not only in analyzing references (what is anticipated/suggested by the reference?), but also in establishing the content of any patent application (what can I claim?), including (of course) the priority document (for what do I have a valid priority claim?).
